Jason Perry is a Middle Tennessee builder who spent 30 years in the trenches — heavy equipment, asphalt, construction — and built a life the hard way.
But he always had a bigger vision. He saw how AI and automation were changing business. And he knew that the same grit that got him up at 5am to pour asphalt could be channeled into building systems that work while he sleeps.
So he started building in public. Documenting everything. Sharing the wins and the losses. Inviting others to learn alongside him.

Served as crew member and leader on the M1A1 Abrams tank. Learned leadership, discipline, and mission-focused thinking.

Founded and operated multiple businesses — asphalt, construction, natural building, and regenerative agriculture ventures.
